Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) João Francisco de Souza started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Alto SS's Leonardo Bueno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adelino Tasso in the 4th minute of play. Adelino Tasso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Leonardo Bueno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 9th minute, Eriberto Fernandez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 9th minute, Lúcio Simão sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Solonopole FC's Orlando Recife didn't even have to move. In the 17th match minute, Alto SS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by João Francisco de Souza to maneuver through the defense. 19 minutes into the match, Reynaldo Rosado had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leonardo Bueno. Alto SS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Reynaldo Rosado was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Reynaldo Rosado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 26 played minutes Alto SS got a freekick which was hit by Régis Queiroz. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adelino Tasso in the 28th minute of play forced Alto SS's goalkeeper Leonardo Bueno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 34th minute, Reynaldo Rosado ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Leonardo Bueno was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Adelino Tasso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 45th match minute, Alto SS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucas de Toledo to maneuver through the defense. If Adelino Tasso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Reynaldo Rosado was the one to do the kick off. 58 minutes into the match, Adelino Tasso notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Alto SS's Leonardo Bueno. Leonardo Bueno was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 66 minutes into the match, Alto SS's goalkeeper Leonardo Bueno had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Adelino Tasso. After having played for 67 minutes, João Francisco de Souza managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Alto SS's supporters crossed their fingers, but João Francisco de Souza was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Orlando Recife showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from João Francisco de Souza, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. If João Francisco de Souza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leonardo Bueno made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Adelino Tasso sent off a good shot on target. When Lucas de Toledo fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Alto SS's protests and gave Lucas de Toledo a yellow card for diving instead. After 76 played minutes Alto SS got a freekick which was hit by Lucas de Toledo. If Adelino Tasso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ronaldão Andrade received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Orlando Recife tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eriberto Fernandez succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-4 in the 82nd playminute. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Ronaldão Andrade managed to get in a good position for a shot. Alto SS's supporters rose to their feet, but Ronaldão Andrade was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Orlando Recife breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. João Francisco de Souza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leonardo Bueno made an important save on a dangerous shot by Adelino Tasso in the 93rd minute. In the 95th minute, Solonopole FC's Reynaldo Rosado dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-5. Solonopole FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
