Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Aírton Moraes made the kick off which started today's match. 5 minutes into the game, Camassary's Fellipe Albuquerque nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eugênio Leão made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Fellipe Albuquerque sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fellipe Albuquerque received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Eugênio Leão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When José Maria Carneiro fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored INTERNACIONAL's protests and gave José Maria Carneiro a yellow card for diving instead. In the 12th match minute, INTERNACIONAL was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by José Maria Carneiro to maneuver through the defense. 13 minutes into the match, INTERNACIONAL's goal looked a bit too open when Aírton Moraes came free, but Eugênio Leão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eugênio Leão came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Camassary's Fellipe Albuquerque. But to his dismay, Fellipe Albuquerque quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. André Luiz Almeida took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfredo Correia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 32nd minute, Alfredo Correia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Francisco de Moraes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 34 minutes, Luciano Pinheiro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Camassary and the INTERNACIONAL players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 34th match minute, Camassary was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luciano Pinheiro to maneuver through the defense. Eugênio Leão showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fellipe Albuquerque, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Eugênio Leão came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by Camassary's Aírton Moraes. But to his dismay, Aírton Moraes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. After 47 minutes of play, Camassary's Fellipe Albuquerque made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eugênio Leão was left in no man's land by his defense there! Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alfredo Correia to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Edinho Barbosa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fellipe Albuquerque sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 57 minutes in the game, Aírton Moraes fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Eugênio Leão having to interfere. 59 minutes into the match, INTERNACIONAL's goal looked a bit too open when Aírton Moraes came free, but Eugênio Leão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eugênio Leão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aírton Moraes in the 61st minute of play. Léo Saraiva hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, INTERNACIONAL's Silvinho Catarinense tried to score from far away in the 75th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Eugênio Leão stood somewhat misplaced when Fellipe Albuquerque came free in front of goal and shot 0-5 to the left of him in the 78 minute. André Luiz Almeida made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francisco de Moraes in the 81st minute of play. Alfredo Correia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. André Luiz Almeida tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. INTERNACIONAL's Edinho Barbosa got his second yellow card of the match in the 87th minute. The referee ordered Edinho Barbosa off the ground. If Aírton Moraes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Francisco de Moraes might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over André Luiz Almeida. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Francisco de Moraes ran back to his position shaking his head. Eugênio Leão was out of position in the 101 minute of play, and Aírton Moraes capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Aírton Moraes really showed his touch with that goal: 0-6.
