Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Cauan Carvalho got the match started through his kick off. Acácio Braga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Morotim's Edgar Meireles got a free kick in the 5th minute. Flávio de Andrade didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Acácio Braga went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Cauan Carvalho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 15 minutes into the match, Morotim's goal looked a bit too open when Raí dos Santos came free, but Flávio de Andrade reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Flávio de Andrade made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Acácio Braga sent off a good shot on target. After some careless play in the Morotim defense, Acácio Braga kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Flávio de Andrade. The Morotim fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Flávio de Andrade should have stopped the shot. 28 minutes into the game, one of Mighty Snails:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Morotim a penalty, 30 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Laerte Ribeiro, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Mighty Snails's Caio Abreu. 2-1. The crowd rose to their feet as Anderson Nascimento kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Flávio de Andrade. That made the score 3-1 in the 37 minute of play. Acácio Braga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Raí dos Santos stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Cássio Guimarães hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. In the 53rd minute, Raí dos Santos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 63 minutes, Alexsandro Quadros mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Morotim and the Mighty Snails players grew even worse after the yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Morotim fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 63rd minute. Penalty! Cauan Carvalho was extremely unlucky when he, in the 80th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Caio Abreu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rony Viana in the 81st minute. Cauan Carvalho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Caio Abreu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. Cauan Carvalho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Anderson Nascimento kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Morotim's Laerte Ribeiro tried to score from far away in the 88th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Cauan Carvalho's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Caio Abreu was relentless in the 90th minute of the game. Rony Viana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Caio Abreu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mighty Snails were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Morotim for a fine match.
