Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Enio de Queirós kicked off to start the match. The supporters of DRAGÕES ALVIVERDES FC booed when Tormentinha was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jano Quintal didn't get a good kick on the ball. 9 minutes into the game, Beto de Sena was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tormentinha's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave DRAGÕES ALVIVERDES FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Tormentinha's Beto de Sena got a free kick in the 9th minute. After having played for 13 minutes, Denílson Pena managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. DRAGÕES ALVIVERDES FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Denílson Pena was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 21st match minute, DRAGÕES ALVIVERDES FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erivaldo Nóbrega to maneuver through the defense. In the 22nd minute of the match Raí Andrade shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gernando de Medeiros showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Hélio Lago sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Denílson Pena sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Diamantino Cardoso in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dedê Faria prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Denílson Pena blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dedê Faria having to make a save. In the 42ndth minute of the game Diamantino Cardoso who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tormentinha's Dedê Faria was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. DRAGÕES ALVIVERDES FC's Gernando de Medeiros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enio de Queirós in the 44th minute of play. After 46 played minutes Tormentinha got a freekick which was hit by Silas Maia. After a defensive mix-up in Tormentinha's zone, Vito Pinheiro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dedê Faria came out of the goal and Vito Pinheiro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Diamantino Cardoso stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Enio de Queirós's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gernando de Medeiros read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 51st minute of play. After 60 played minutes Tormentinha got a freekick which was hit by Mário Medeiros. After 61 played minutes Tormentinha got a freekick which was hit by Hélio Lago. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Benjamim Pinheiro during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, DRAGÕES ALVIVERDES FC's Benjamim Pinheiro got a free kick in the 62nd minute. If Hélio Lago had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 65th minute, Enio de Queirós ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gernando de Medeiros was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Vito Pinheiro hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Enio de Queirós recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, DRAGÕES ALVIVERDES FC's Luciano Freitas got a free kick in the 75th minute. After 80 played minutes Tormentinha got a freekick which was hit by Beto de Sena. If Diamantino Cardoso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tormentinha succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though DRAGÕES ALVIVERDES FC had controlled the match.
