Osmar Dias didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Aldeamento. In the 13th minute, Norberto de Mendonça made a precise shot to the right of Osmar Dias. Aracu SS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Osmar Dias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rony Almeida in the 16th minute of the match. Osmar Dias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luiz Pinho in the 23rd minute of play. Osmar Dias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luiz Pinho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilmar Travassos in the 53rd minute of play forced Aldeamento's goalkeeper Amauri Araújo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rony Almeida had several of the Aracu SS's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 56 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-3 score and a disappointed Osmar Dias as he didn't even see the shot coming. If Luiz Pinho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Osmar Dias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rony Almeida, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Osmar Dias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rony Almeida, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luiz Pinho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Aracu SS's Osmar Dias proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Aracu SS from getting a goal against them. Amauri Araújo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cauan Ferreira, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Luiz Pinho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 84th minute of the match Denílson Brito sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Osmar Dias skillfully saved the ball. 90 minutes into the game, Tiago de Queirós was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Aldeamento's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Aracu SS the free kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luiz Pinho got free with Osmar Dias in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the final whistle sounded Aldeamento left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Aracu SS.
