Timeteu EC's Vivaldo Brasil played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dudu Ortiz in the 5th minute of play. Tony Leãos short, quick shot in the 12thth minute got Vivaldo Brasil to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. With an all-out effort, Crioli's Vivaldo Brasil threw himself towards the right post 16 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Dudu Ortiz, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 23rd minute, Fellipe Ramos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mané Hoffmann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Osvaldo Messias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vivaldo Brasil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dudu Ortiz in the 32nd minute of the match. In the 35th minute João Francisco Pinho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Osvaldo Messias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 37th match minute, Crioli was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fellipe Ramos to maneuver through the defense. 39 minutes into the match, Crioli's goal looked a bit too open when Luisão de Castro came free, but Osvaldo Messias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The wind increased when Dudu Ortiz made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute Tony Leão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vivaldo Brasil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 57th minute, Fellipe Ramos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vivaldo Brasil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dudu Ortiz in the 59th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dudu Ortiz in the 63rd minute of play forced Timeteu EC's goalkeeper Vivaldo Brasil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tony Leão fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vivaldo Brasil having to interfere. Osvaldo Messias made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when João Francisco Pinho sent off a good shot on target. The Timeteu EC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Timeteu EC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
