A collision led to Ibiracu AD getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Claudinho Hames hit a great ball. Andrézinho Schmidt was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 3rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Raphael Garcia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Raphael Garcia's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Michel dos Santos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. After 12 minutes, Abelardo Mendes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ibiracu AD and the Gracismoes players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Ibiracu AD getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Abelardo Mendes hit a great ball. When Sérgio Arantes fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gracismoes's protests and gave Sérgio Arantes a yellow card for diving instead. In the 20th minute, Gabriel Paraibano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Marcinho Alcântara came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Gracismoes fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcinho Alcântara couldn't finish the play. In the 32nd minute, Marcinho Alcântara left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gracismoes fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. 43 minutes into the match, Ibiracu AD's goal looked a bit too open when Raphael Garcia came free, but Michel dos Santos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Raphael Garcia made a kick off. In the 53rd minute, Marcinho Alcântara got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. José Augusto Ramalho struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Edinho Rossi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ibiracu AD. Ibiracu AD's Michel dos Santos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcinho Alcântara in the 58th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Marcinho Alcântara managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gracismoes's supporters rose to their feet, but Marcinho Alcântara was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Michel dos Santos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Michel dos Santos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raphael Garcia in the 65th minute of the match. Jacinto Pernambucano hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. After 77 minutes, Jacinto Pernambucano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gracismoes and the Ibiracu AD players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Ibiracu AD booed when Gracismoes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jacinto Pernambucano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Raphael Garcia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Michel dos Santos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Michel dos Santos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcinho Alcântara, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Michel dos Santos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raphael Garcia in the 91st minute of the match. Michel dos Santos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcinho Alcântara in the 94th minute of play. Michel dos Santos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raphael Garcia, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Gracismoes fully deserved thier win.
