The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nilton Moraes helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Cramerim SS booed when Fangueira AD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nilton Moraes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zézinho Branco in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adrianinho Cavalcante prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Adrianinho Cavalcante made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Charles de Brito in the 10th minute of play. In the 13th minute, Charles de Brito ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Adrianinho Cavalcante was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Adrianinho Cavalcante made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zézinho Branco in the 19th minute of play. Charles de Brito scored 0-2 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Adrianinho Cavalcante, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Gustavo Berger took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 30th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Adrianinho Cavalcante. Cramerim SS's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cramerim SS's goalkeeper Adrianinho Cavalcante, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 43 minutes into the match, Fangueira AD's Charles de Brito sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Adrianinho Cavalcante narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ezequiel Pernambucano during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The Cramerim SS players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Fangueira AD were winning 0-2.

The wind increased when Luiz Fábio Carioca made the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as André Luís Britto kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Adrianinho Cavalcante. That made the score 0-3 in the 51 minute of play. Percy Baptista took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Genílson de Azevedo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Zézinho Branco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adrianinho Cavalcante made an important save on a dangerous shot by Charles de Brito in the 58th minute. Fangueira AD's Charles de Brito got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cramerim SS's Genílson de Azevedo got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Charles de Brito fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adrianinho Cavalcante having to interfere. After 76 played minutes Fangueira AD got a freekick which was hit by André Luís Britto. Pedro Augusto da Costa charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zézinho Branco in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Adrianinho Cavalcante saved Cramerim SS from getting behind. Ezequiel Pernambucano hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. In the 93rd minute, Fangueira AD's Zézinho Branco ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Adrianinho Cavalcante. Adrianinho Cavalcante yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. When the final whistle sounded Fangueira AD left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Cramerim SS.
