The supporters of GascodaVama booed when Farol EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. José Prestes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Roger Trigo made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Tomás de Amorim sent off a good shot on target. GascodaVama's defense didn't have a chance, in the 10th minute, when Digo Gomes scored to the left of an out of position Roger Trigo, making the score, 1-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Digo Gomes kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Roger Trigo. That made the score 2-0 in the 14 minute of play. Rubens de Azevedo hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomás de Amorim in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Roger Trigo saved GascodaVama from getting behind. Digo Gomes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of GascodaVama booed when Farol EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jean Gaspar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Farol EC's Baltazar Freitas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Augusto Marquez in the 36th minute of play. A collision led to Farol EC getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Christian Costa hit a great ball. 42 minutes into the game, Elivélton Camargo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. GascodaVama's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Farol EC the free kick. In the 45th match minute, GascodaVama was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ricardo Terra to maneuver through the defense. In the 46th minute the ball was on its way in behind GascodaVama's goalkeeper Roger Trigo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

Roger Trigo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Digo Gomes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 63 minutes into the match, Farol EC's goalkeeper Baltazar Freitas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pedro Augusto Marquez. GascodaVama's Roger Trigo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evaristo Pinheiro in the 64th minute of play. Jairo dos Santos hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. The supporters of Farol EC booed when GascodaVama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elivélton Camargo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Roger Trigo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evaristo Pinheiro in the 75th minute of play. GascodaVama's Roger Trigo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomás de Amorim in the 78th minute of play. If Pedro Augusto Marquez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 85th minute, Pedro Augusto Marquez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 89th minute Evaristo Pinheiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roger Trigo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 92 played minutes GascodaVama got a freekick which was hit by Nando Galvão. Digo Gomes took the ball and in the 97 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Roger Trigo. Roger Trigo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Farol EC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
