Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Mandu EC's Joaquim Santos started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The Turuma AD fans' excitement grew in the 4th match minute when Turuma AD's Simão Furtado looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Orlando Pontes kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Turuma AD's Paulo Branco got a free kick in the 10th minute. In the 11th minute of the match Alexandre Teles sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Wilton Vidal skillfully saved the ball. In the 12th minute, Gugu Nunes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Wilton Vidal was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. 15 minutes into the game, Gugu Nunes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mandu EC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Turuma AD the free kick. Gugu Nunes kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Turuma AD's Simão Furtado got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Deivid Cosmes short, quick shot in the 18thth minute got Guga Ortiz to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 20 minutes into the match, Joaquim Santos notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Turuma AD's Wilton Vidal. Wilton Vidal was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Doni do Nascimento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wilton Vidal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rony Ribeiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Guga Ortiz was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Raphael Donato showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-2 in the 30 minute of play. If Deivid Cosme had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a defensive mix-up in Mandu EC's zone, Raphael Donato stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Guga Ortiz came out of the goal and Raphael Donato tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Wilton Vidal came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Mandu EC's Gugu Nunes. But to his dismay, Gugu Nunes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. 44 minutes into the match, Mandu EC's goalkeeper Guga Ortiz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Deivid Cosme. Simão Furtado took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Guga Ortiz. Guga Ortiz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-3. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Simão Furtado made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Simão Furtado notched a goal, 4-3, to the right of Mandu EC's Guga Ortiz. Guga Ortiz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 56th minute, Raphael Donato hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 58th minute, Rony Ribeiro made a precise shot to the right of Wilton Vidal. Turuma AD's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-4. In the 61stth minute of the game Deivid Cosme who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mandu EC's Guga Ortiz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Wilton Vidal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gugu Nunes in the 62nd minute of play. In the 63rd minute Cássio Messias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilton Vidal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 64 minutes into the match, Turuma AD's Simão Furtado sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Guga Ortiz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 66thth minute of the game Deivid Cosme who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mandu EC's Guga Ortiz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Mandu EC getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Gugu Nunes hit a great ball. Guga Ortiz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Deivid Cosme's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. Raphael Donato fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guga Ortiz having to interfere. In the 72nd minute Simão Furtado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guga Ortiz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joaquim Santos received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Wilton Vidal came out and tried to block the shot, but Joaquim Santos slotted it home off the left post making it 4-5 in the 74th minute. Guga Ortiz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Simão Furtado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cássio Messias could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Wilton Vidal made a huge save. If Simão Furtado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Benedito Pinho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 94 played minutes Turuma AD got a freekick which was hit by Aluísio Gerber. Turuma AD were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
