Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) In the 4thth minute of the game Raúl Rocha who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sambaiba's Lauro Meira was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 5 minutes into the match, Sanna AD's Egídio Vale sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lauro Meira narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Diego Lara got free with Edmundo de Carvalho in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Diego Lara recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lauro Meira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raúl Rocha, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. 14 minutes into the game, Fabiano Carioca was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sambaiba's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sanna AD the free kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Egídio Vale in the 16th minute of play forced Sambaiba's goalkeeper Lauro Meira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Sanna AD's Edmundo de Carvalho got control of the ball when Diego Lara tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Raúl Rocha's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lauro Meira was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. Edmundo de Carvalho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eusébio Domingues, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. In the 26th minute, Egídio Vale ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lauro Meira was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Giovanni de Godoi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Egídio Vale received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Lauro Meira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Egídio Vale in the 40th minute of play forced Sambaiba's goalkeeper Lauro Meira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Egídio Vale recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Lauro Meira made an important save on a dangerous shot by Raúl Rocha in the 53rd minute. Egídio Vale received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Lauro Meira came out and tried to block the shot, but Egídio Vale slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 58th minute. 66 minutes into the match, Sambaiba's goal looked a bit too open when Egídio Vale came free, but Lauro Meira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lauro Meira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Egídio Vale, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Raúl Rocha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Lauro Meira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 71st minute Egídio Vale shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lauro Meira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Diego Lara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 83rd match minute, Sanna AD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raúl Rocha to maneuver through the defense. Lauro Meira was out of position in the 86 minute of play, and Rony Travassos capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Rony Travassos really showed his touch with that goal: 0-5. Lauro Meira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Egídio Vale in the 92nd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eusébio Domingues during the 93rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Sambaiba getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Eusébio Domingues hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Sanna AD's Juvenal Donatello tried to score from far away in the 94th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Sanna AD played a much better game than Sambaiba and deserved their victory. The Sambaiba players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
