Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Douglas Bittencourt took the kick off in the first half of the match. Rubens Teles charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rubens Teles the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Casemiro getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Rubens Teles hit a great ball. Douglas Bittencourt scored 0-1 in the 6th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Róbson Azevedo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 9th minute Bruno Sá shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evaristo Moura saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Evaristo Moura made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardino Gau in the 12th minute of play. Vicente de Brito charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vicente de Brito the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 24 played minutes Lupus SSC got a freekick which was hit by Ademir Montenegro. After a defensive mix-up in Lupus SSC's zone, Chico Arósio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Róbson Azevedo came out of the goal and Chico Arósio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 27th match minute, Casemiro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Douglas Bittencourt to maneuver through the defense. Bernardino Gau's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 28thth minute, Evaristo Moura skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Róbson Azevedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Douglas Bittencourt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Rodrigo Velloso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bernardino Gaus short, quick shot in the 35thth minute got Evaristo Moura to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 44th minute, Bernardino Gau fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Evaristo Moura, passed just outside the right post. If Rodrigo Velloso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Róbson Azevedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodrigo Velloso in the 48th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bernardino Gau to strike the kick off in the second half. Bruno Sá might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Evaristo Moura. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bruno Sá ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 54th minute, Bernardino Gau ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Evaristo Moura was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. A collision led to Casemiro getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Zé Augusto Mesquita hit a great ball. With a little luck, Lupus SSC's Róbson Azevedo got control of the ball when Rodrigo Velloso tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bernardino Gau fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Evaristo Moura having to interfere. Bruno Sá recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Casemiro's Rodrigo Velloso got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Lupus SSC's Bernardino Gau in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Casemiro's goalie prevented a goal. 89 minutes into the game, one of Lupus SSC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 91st minute, Casemiro got a penalty, and Chico Arósio placed the ball unsaveable into goal, by the right post. The crowd rose to their feet as Casemiro's Douglas Bittencourt slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Róbson Azevedo. That made the score 1-3 after 98 minutes of play. When the final whistle went the supporters of Casemiro were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Lupus SSC side.
