Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gonçalo Galvão started the match with the kick off. If Gonçalo Galvão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 8th minute, Eriberto Alves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fernando Tepedino's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Geovani Moura read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. Geovani Moura didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fernando Tepedino went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. After some careless play in the Os Nefilins defense, Fernando Tepedino kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Geovani Moura. The Os Nefilins fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Geovani Moura should have stopped the shot. Geovani Moura made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gonçalo Galvão in the 19th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Os Nefilins's Guga Paiva got a free kick in the 23rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gonçalo Galvão in the 25th minute of play forced Os Nefilins's goalkeeper Geovani Moura to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fernando Tepedino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Giovani do Valle received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Elivélton Saldanha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Inácio Coelho came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Os Nefilins fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Inácio Coelho couldn't finish the play. Gonçalo Galvão received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Geovani Moura came out and tried to block the shot, but Gonçalo Galvão slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 41st minute. Marco Severo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elivélton Saldanha having to interfere. Clemente Macedo charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Clemente Macedo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Giovani do Valle stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Guga Paiva missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 53 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Elivélton Saldanha right hand side. Inácio Coelho fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 56th minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball bounced in the crossbar and then went out. It was a very nice shot. In the 58th match minute, Os Nefilins was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Inácio Coelho to maneuver through the defense. Mateus Furtado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elivélton Saldanha having to interfere. Inácio Coelho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Elivélton Saldanha made a huge save. Marco Severo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernando Tepedino in the 79th minute of play forced Os Nefilins's goalkeeper Geovani Moura to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 85 minutes into the game, Marco Severo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Elivélton Saldanha was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Mauriti SS's zone, Giovani do Valle stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Elivélton Saldanha came out of the goal and Giovani do Valle tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Os Nefilins's Marco Severo got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Fernando Tepedino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Os Nefilins getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Marco Severo hit a great ball. Many of Os Nefilins's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Os Nefilins may have spent more time on the ball, but Mauriti SS were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
