Armazem's players were relieved. If Abelardo Quaresma had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vinícius Moura showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonas Trancoso, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Felipe Lira received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Tiaguinho Xavier came out and tried to block the shot, but Felipe Lira slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 21st minute. Felipe Liras short, quick shot in the 25thth minute got Tiaguinho Xavier to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Cauã Maia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Armazem's supporters rose to their feet, but Cauã Maia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vinícius Moura breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vinícius Moura showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cauã Maia, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cauã Maia in the 36th minute of play forced Chapecotas's goalkeeper Vinícius Moura to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Felipe Lira kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tiaguinho Xavier. That made the score 2-0 in the 38 minute of play. Vinícius Moura took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cauã Maia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 43rd play minutes Felipe Lira shot 3-0, a short shot which went by Tiaguinho Xavier and just under the crossbar into goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cauã Maia made a kick off. The supporters of Chapecotas booed when Armazem was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cauã Maia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Felipe Lira blasted a shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tiaguinho Xavier having to make a save. In the 71st minute, Benjamim Nogueira ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tiaguinho Xavier was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Remzi Kutel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiaguinho Xavier having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Felipe Lira in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tiaguinho Xavier saved Armazem from getting behind. Abelardo Quaresma recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 86th play minutes Felipe Lira shot 5-0, a short shot which went by Tiaguinho Xavier and just under the crossbar into goal. Tiaguinho Xavier stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Felipe Lira's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. After having played for 91 minutes, Benjamim Nogueira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chapecotas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Benjamim Nogueira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Felipe Lira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
