After 42 minutes, Carlos Fernando Terra mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Etiquira and the Immaculada players grew even worse after the yellow card. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Murilo Nunes made the kick off in the second half. Zacarias Fernandes in the 53rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal.
