MeninZin's Léo Prado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luciano dos Santos in the 7th minute of play. When Caropanatuba EC's Luciano dos Santos in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye MeninZin's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, MeninZin's Aníbal Ribeiro got a free kick in the 10th minute. Léo Prado didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Noel Freire went, in the 11th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 18 minutes into the game, Luciano dos Santos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Léo Prado was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Caropanatuba EC's Cristóvão Souto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcos Vieira in the 24th minute of play. Luciano dos Santos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a defensive mix-up in MeninZin's zone, Noel Freire stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Léo Prado came out of the goal and Noel Freire tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Naldo Britto's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 38thth minute, Cristóvão Souto skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcos Vieira in the 39th minute of play forced Caropanatuba EC's goalkeeper Cristóvão Souto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Noel Freire had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The MeninZin players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Caropanatuba EC were winning 0-3.

Luciano dos Santos's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 59thth minute, Léo Prado skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 61st minute, Noel Freire got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Marcos Vieira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristóvão Souto having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Noel Freire's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Léo Prado was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. In the 70thth minute of the game Luciano dos Santos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but MeninZin's Léo Prado was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Naldo Britto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Cristóvão Souto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 77th minute, Marcos Vieira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Agenor Damião kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Cristóvão Souto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Naldo Britto in the 79th minute of play. A hard shot 81 in the game by Luciano dos Santos from a close distance when the talented Léo Prado managed to make a qualified save. MeninZin's players were relieved. Léo Prado stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Noel Freire's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. Alfredão de Lara kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. 88 minutes into the match, MeninZin's goalkeeper Léo Prado had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luciano dos Santos. Noel Freire's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Léo Prado read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. The supporters of Caropanatuba EC booed when MeninZin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aníbal Ribeiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Noel Freire came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Caropanatuba EC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Noel Freire couldn't finish the play. If Marcos Vieira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Caropanatuba EC's Víktor Lara got a free kick in the 97th minute. If Naldo Britto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 99th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The MeninZin supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Caropanatuba EC's performance. The match ended with a win for Caropanatuba EC.
