A hard shot by Cleiton Fontes from long distance, 44 minutes into the match, got Diogo Luz's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. The Pancudo EC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. univille futebol clube were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fabinho Ramalho stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Emerson Pinheiro kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. In the 58th minute, Fabinho Ramalho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pancudo EC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Eliézer Carneiro made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Hernani Mazza sent off a good shot on target. In the 75th minute, Joel Camargo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Diogo Luz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Evandro Bastos, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Eliézer Carneiro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eurico Ramalho's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. univille futebol clube were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Pancudo EC's much stronger midfield.
