Kauan Mendes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angelo Silveira in the 4th minute of the match. 6 minutes into the match, Vascão-ES's goal looked a bit too open when Betão Santos came free, but Kauan Mendes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Petru Neagoe was extremely unlucky when he, in the 9th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. An unexpectedly hard shot by Betão Santos in the 12th minute of play forced Vascão-ES's goalkeeper Kauan Mendes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pinto SS's Emerson Simões played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elói Barbosa in the 19th minute of play. Kauan Mendes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Betão Santos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 23 minutes into the game, Pinto SS's Serginho de Senna nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kauan Mendes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After some careless play in the Vascão-ES defense, Angelo Silveira kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kauan Mendes. The Vascão-ES fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kauan Mendes should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Elói Barbosa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vascão-ES's supporters rose to their feet, but Elói Barbosa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emerson Simões breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 34 minutes into the match, Vascão-ES's goal looked a bit too open when Betão Santos came free, but Kauan Mendes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kauan Mendes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angelo Silveira in the 40th minute of the match. Kauan Mendes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Serginho de Senna in the 41st minute of play. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Kauan Mendes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Betão Santos in the 53rd minute of the match. A collision led to Vascão-ES getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Patrício Toscano hit a great ball. 59 minutes into the game, Waldemar Chaves cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Kauan Mendes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Vascão-ES's Kauan Mendes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Vascão-ES from getting a goal against them. Angelo Silveira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Kauan Mendes made a huge save. After 63 minutes, Waldemar Chaves mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pinto SS and the Vascão-ES players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 64th match minute, Pinto SS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Waldemar Chaves to maneuver through the defense. Kauan Mendes was out of position in the 70 minute of play, and Betão Santos capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Emerson Simões was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
