The wind increased when José Pedro Guedes made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, Aldeola was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rafael Cavalcante to maneuver through the defense. José Pedro Guedes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 59 minutes into the match, Aldeola's Durvalino de Andrade sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zacarias da Silveira narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After a rather tough play, Miracema's César Lima got a free kick in the 86th minute. Aldeola's Durvalino de Andrade got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Walmir Soares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Zacarias da Silveira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zacarias da Silveira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Walmir Soares, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. 96 minutes into the match, José Pedro Guedes notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Aldeola's Ademar Saldanha. Ademar Saldanha was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Miracema's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
