Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Chiquinho das Neves took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 3 minutes of play, Umburetama SS's Anselmo de Azevedo made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gláuber Paranaense was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 8thth minute of the game Luiz Fernando Antunes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Umburetama SS's Jerônimo Campidelis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 9 minutes into the match, Umburetama SS's goal looked a bit too open when Luiz Fernando Antunes came free, but Jerônimo Campidelis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Chiquinho das Neves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gláuber Paranaense having to interfere. Umburetama SS's Jerônimo Campidelis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anísio de Moraes in the 15th minute of play. Chiquinho das Neves kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. After 18 played minutes Umburetama SS got a freekick which was hit by Chiquinho das Neves. After a rather tough play, Umburetama SS's Christian Miranda got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Luiz Fernando Antunes took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jerônimo Campidelis. Jerônimo Campidelis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Frederico Meira kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Anselmo de Azevedo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Umburetama SS's supporters rose to their feet, but Anselmo de Azevedo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gláuber Paranaense breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 39 minutes into the match, Umburetama SS's goal looked a bit too open when Luiz Fernando Antunes came free, but Jerônimo Campidelis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Chiquinho das Neves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anselmo de Azevedo in the 43rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Gláuber Paranaense, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Washington Baiano hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. After having played for 47 minutes, Luiz Fernando Antunes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Itahum's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luiz Fernando Antunes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

A collision led to Umburetama SS getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Olavo Britto hit a great ball. It was beautiful to see Itahum's Hudson Lopez in action when he in the 53rd minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Gláuber Paranaense showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anselmo de Azevedo in the 55th minute of the match. A long shot from Hudson Lopez in the 58th minute of play was well struck, but Jerônimo Campidelis made a really good save at the right post. After having played for 62 minutes, Luiz Fernando Antunes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Itahum's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luiz Fernando Antunes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 64 minutes into the game, Anísio de Moraes recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jerônimo Campidelis. Anísio de Moraes showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. Anísio de Moraes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 81st minute, Chiquinho das Neves got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Luiz Fernando Antunes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Jerônimo Campidelis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luiz Fernando Antunes got free with Jerônimo Campidelis in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Chiquinho das Neves struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Gláuber Paranaense didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Umburetama SS. Anselmo de Azevedo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Itahum supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Itahum would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
