Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ademar Simão got the match started through his kick off. In the last second Luís Fernando Secco throw himself and got hold of the ball when Erivaldo Luz in the 3rdth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. In the 9th minute, Erivaldo Luz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vágner Sena hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Serginho Vieira got free with Luís Fernando Secco in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 19thth minute of the game Erivaldo Luz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Caiacanga AD's Luís Fernando Secco was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Erivaldo Luz in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luís Fernando Secco prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 21st minute Erivaldo Luz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luís Fernando Secco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Caiacanga AD's Ademar Simão got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Caiacanga AD getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Nelson Pinho hit a great ball. A hard shot 34 in the game by Serginho Vieira from a close distance when the talented Luís Fernando Secco managed to make a qualified save. Caiacanga AD's players were relieved. Ademar Simão recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Caiacanga AD's Luís Fernando Secco got control of the ball when Serginho Vieira tried to sneak it across the goal line. Serginho Vieira took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Luís Fernando Secco. Luís Fernando Secco dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Erivaldo Luz was the one to do the kick off. Ademar Simão sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 52 minutes into the game, Célio Araújo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ipane SS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Caiacanga AD the free kick. The supporters of Caiacanga AD booed when Ipane SS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Célio Araújo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 54th minute, Célio Araújo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. During the 55th minute of the match Célio Araújo completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Célio Araújo a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Célio Araújo hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. 58 minutes into the match, Ipane SS's goalkeeper Carlinhos Alcântara had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Henrique de Barros. Henrique de Barros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlinhos Alcântara having to interfere. Dida Pena blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Luís Fernando Secco having to make a save. Serginho Vieira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luís Fernando Secco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Serginho Vieira in the 69th minute of play. Lino Paraibano kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Ipane SS's defense didn't have a chance, in the 80th minute, when Ademar Simão scored to the left of an out of position Carlinhos Alcântara, making the score, 2-1. 84 minutes into the match, Ipane SS's goal looked a bit too open when Ademar Simão came free, but Carlinhos Alcântara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Serginho Vieira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Caiacanga AD's Ademar Simão got a free kick in the 88th minute. A collision led to Ipane SS getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Claudinei Corrêa hit a great ball. With a little luck, Ipane SS's Carlinhos Alcântara got control of the ball when Henrique de Barros tried to sneak it across the goal line. Carlinhos Alcântara made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Ademar Simão sent off a good shot on target. Ipane SS's Carlinhos Alcântara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ademar Simão in the 96th minute of play. After some careless play in the Ipane SS defense, Ademar Simão kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Carlinhos Alcântara. The Ipane SS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Carlinhos Alcântara should have stopped the shot. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
