After a defensive mix-up in Uruau's zone, Emerson Tande stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Douglas Cunha came out of the goal and Emerson Tande tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Agrovila fans' excitement grew in the 13th match minute when Agrovila's Emerson Tande looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Ian Rezende fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alberto Baiano having to interfere. Agrovila's Emerson Tande got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Júnior da Costa during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Júnior da Costa hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Uruau's Douglas Cunha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joaquim Moura in the 33rd minute of play. When Dudu da Rocha fell near the penalty area in the 34th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Uruau's protests and gave Dudu da Rocha a yellow card for diving instead. In the 34th minute, Dudu da Rocha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Agrovila booed when Uruau was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Falcão de Mendonça didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 44 minutes, Frank Amaral mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Uruau and the Agrovila players grew even worse after the yellow card. Frank Amaral kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. After having played for 47 minutes, Emerson Tande managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Agrovila's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emerson Tande was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

69 minutes into the game, Agrovila's Emerson Tande nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Douglas Cunha made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. 73 minutes into the match, Uruau's Dorival Pires sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alberto Baiano narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Alberto Baiano didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 79th minute, which inside left pole to 2-1. Dudu da Rocha was shown his second yellow card after 91 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Dudu da Rocha kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. If Emerson Tande had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Agrovila's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
