Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Zé de Azevedo started the match with the kick off. Rômulo Andrade kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zé de Azevedo in the 5th minute of play forced Pedral's goalkeeper Dé Neves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zé de Azevedo struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Dé Neves didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Indiapora SC. In the 14thth minute of the game Dinei Santos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pedral's Dé Neves was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 14th minute, Rômulo Andrade hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 18 minutes, Américo de Carvalho mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Indiapora SC and the Pedral players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Pedral booed when Indiapora SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Américo de Carvalho didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pedrão Arantes was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 19th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Rômulo Andrade received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Zeca Paranaense tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tomás de Queirós kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. If Dudu Gonçalves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Guga Monteiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Zeca Paranaense tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zeca Paranaense didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 38th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. Dinei Santos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dudu Gonçalves to make the kick off. 57 minutes into the match, Pedral's goalkeeper Dé Neves had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dinei Santos. In the 59th match minute, Pedral was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antônio Carlos Custódio to maneuver through the defense. If Dinei Santos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 66th minute, Zé de Azevedo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 68th minute Zé de Azevedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dé Neves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 72 played minutes Pedral got a freekick which was hit by Pedrão Arantes. Indiapora SC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Mateus Maciel in the 75th minute. Dinei Santos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dé Neves read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. Dinei Santos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dé Neves having to interfere. Zé de Azevedo struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Dé Neves didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Indiapora SC. When Dinei Santos came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Indiapora SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dinei Santos couldn't finish the play. Dé Neves made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dinei Santos in the 95th minute. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
