If Percy Toscano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 9 minutes into the match, Raposas Azuis's Sílvio Luís Novaes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hélio Quintal narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Dito da Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 15 minutes into the match, Perico AD's goalkeeper Hélio Quintal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sílvio Luís Novaes. Nilmar Meira hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Dito da Costa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Perico AD's Hélio Quintal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Perico AD from getting a goal against them. Percy Toscano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valério Donatello having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dito da Costa to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Raposas Azuis's Sílvio Luís Novaes fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Natanael Borges sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Natanael Borges fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valério Donatello having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Percy Toscano in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Valério Donatello saved Raposas Azuis from getting behind. Percy Toscano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Natanael Borges scored 0-2 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Valério Donatello, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Nilmar Meira kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. With a little luck, Raposas Azuis's Valério Donatello got control of the ball when Natanael Borges tried to sneak it across the goal line. Natanael Borges received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Valério Donatello tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Percy Toscano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Valério Donatello read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. In the 79th minute, Perico AD's Ademar da Rocha dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. Sílvio Luís Novaes might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hélio Quintal. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sílvio Luís Novaes ran back to his position shaking his head. After 89 minutes of play, Perico AD's Natanael Borges made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Valério Donatello was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 96th minute Sílvio Luís Novaes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hélio Quintal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Raposas Azuis supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Perico AD's performance. The match ended with a win for Perico AD.
