Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ronaldinho Passos kicked off to start the match. If Ronaldinho Passos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cléber de Mendonça blasted a shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Danilo Coutinho having to make a save. Alex Prado's late challenge caught a Matela's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alex Prado helped the player get up and apologised. Alex Prado hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. When Ronaldinho Passos came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Matela fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ronaldinho Passos couldn't finish the play. Geovani Schmidt kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. In the 19th match minute, tOp TeAm TiO cArLiN was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alex Prado to maneuver through the defense. Ronaldinho Passos took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Danilo Coutinho. Danilo Coutinho dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Álvaro Marinho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 28th minute, Ronaldinho Passos fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Danilo Coutinho, passed just outside the right post. Álvaro Marinho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Nilmar Toscano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eusébio Cruz hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. In the 39th minute Juvenal Furlan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nilmar Toscano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronaldinho Passos in the 44th minute of play forced tOp TeAm TiO cArLiN's goalkeeper Danilo Coutinho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ronaldinho Passos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Álvaro Marinho to strike the kick off in the second half. When Ronaldinho Passos came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Matela fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ronaldinho Passos couldn't finish the play. Ronaldinho Passos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Danilo Coutinho having to interfere. After having played for 64 minutes, Ronaldinho Passos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Matela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ronaldinho Passos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Juvenal Furlan who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 67thth minute tested the skills of Nilmar Toscano when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Ronaldinho Passos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Danilo Coutinho read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. Cléber de Mendonça recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Juvenal Furlan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Matela's Ronaldinho Passos in the 79th minute got a chance for a shot 79th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye tOp TeAm TiO cArLiN's goalie prevented a goal. Cléber de Mendonça's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Danilo Coutinho read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. tOp TeAm TiO cArLiN's Danilo Coutinho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ronaldinho Passos in the 91st minute of play. 92 minutes into the match, tOp TeAm TiO cArLiN's goal looked a bit too open when Cléber de Mendonça came free, but Danilo Coutinho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 97th minute, Doni Travassos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Matela walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
