Samuca Abreu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Nuno Penha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. João Pedro Massa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amauri Torres in the 9th minute of the match. Carlos Trigo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. João Pedro Massa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Samuca Abreu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pauxis AD's supporters rose to their feet, but Samuca Abreu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nuno Penha breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 24 minutes into the game, Corixo's Amauri Torres nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. João Pedro Massa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. João Pedro Massa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Trigo in the 28th minute of play. When Amauri Torres came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Corixo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amauri Torres couldn't finish the play. Nuno Penha didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 33rd minute, which inside left pole to 1-1. Corixo's Nuno Penha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivo de Lara in the 37th minute of play. In the 37th match minute, Corixo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tarcisio Hames to maneuver through the defense. Samuca Abreu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nuno Penha having to interfere. If Ivo de Lara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nuno Penha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ivo de Lara in the 44th minute of play. In the 44th match minute, Corixo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kléber do Valle to maneuver through the defense. Samuca Abreu struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Nuno Penha didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pauxis AD. Nuno Penha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivo de Lara in the 48th minute of the match. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ivo de Lara to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Pauxis AD's zone, Amauri Torres stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. João Pedro Massa came out of the goal and Amauri Torres tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. João Pedro Massa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Trigo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Samuca Abreu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Nuno Penha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 63 minutes, Carlos Trigo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Corixo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carlos Trigo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. João Pedro Massa made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Amauri Torres sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Samuca Abreu in the 66th minute of play forced Corixo's goalkeeper Nuno Penha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Corixo's Carlos Trigo in the 71st minute got a chance for a shot 71st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pauxis AD's goalie prevented a goal. Samuca Abreu charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Samuca Abreu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Samuca Abreu hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Amauri Torres sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 81 played minutes Pauxis AD got a freekick which was hit by Lenílson Paraibano. Corixo's Carlos Trigo got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kléber do Valle kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Samuca Abreu in the 88th minute of play forced Corixo's goalkeeper Nuno Penha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Allan Loyola sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nuno Penha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Samuca Abreu in the 97th minute of the match. The Corixo players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Pauxis AD from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
