Thomás Trigo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dionísio Motta struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Agnaldo da Costa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Arapoema. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Diamantino Bezerra in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Thomás Trigo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Thomás Trigo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ismael Albuquerque in the 30th minute of the match. After 32 played minutes, Musquiada EC's Oswaldo Toledo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Thomás Trigo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Musquiada EC reached it. The audience was convinced that Diamantino Bezerra's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Thomás Trigo was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. Ismael Albuquerque sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Diamantino Bezerra managed to get in a good position for a shot. Musquiada EC's supporters rose to their feet, but Diamantino Bezerra was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dionísio Motta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Agnaldo da Costa having to interfere. After having played for 76 minutes, Wilian Pinho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Arapoema's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wilian Pinho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Arapoema's Dionísio Motta got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 89 minutes, Diamantino Bezerra managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Musquiada EC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Diamantino Bezerra was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Walmir da Rocha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Arapoema fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Musquiada EC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
