Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) 1º DE MAIO F.C's Yuri Ferreira started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Yuri Ferreira blasted a shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alexsandro Alves having to make a save. Alexsandro Alves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yuri Ferreira in the 8th minute of play. In the 16th match minute, 1º DE MAIO F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vladimir Arruda to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Natingui FC getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Hélder Vargas hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yuri Ferreira in the 22nd minute of play forced Natingui FC's goalkeeper Alexsandro Alves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 26th match minute, 1º DE MAIO F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Norberto Miranda to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in 1º DE MAIO F.C's zone, Claudinei Carneiro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amauri Loureiro came out of the goal and Claudinei Carneiro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Yuri Ferreira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Amauri Loureiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Claudinei Carneiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. 46 minutes into the game, Arnaldo das Neves cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Amauri Loureiro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After the first half Natingui FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Claudinei Carneiro to strike the kick off in the second half. Amauri Loureiro came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Natingui FC's Arnaldo das Neves. But to his dismay, Arnaldo das Neves quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After 58 played minutes 1º DE MAIO F.C got a freekick which was hit by Vítor Leão. Claudinei Carneiro's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 59thth minute, Amauri Loureiro skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 62 minutes into the game, Romário Trigo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Amauri Loureiro. Romário Trigo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. Natingui FC's Claudinei Carneiro got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Arnaldo das Neves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 76 minutes into the match, Vítor Leão had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alexsandro Alves. Natingui FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vítor Leão was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Vladimir Arruda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 84thth minute of the game Yuri Ferreira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Natingui FC's Alexsandro Alves was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Amauri Loureiro didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Natingui FC's Arnaldo das Neves shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-4 in the ordered_time% minute. 1º DE MAIO F.C's Amauri Loureiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudinei Carneiro in the 92nd minute of play. After 93 played minutes 1º DE MAIO F.C got a freekick which was hit by Yuri Ferreira. 95 minutes into the match, 1º DE MAIO F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Claudinei Carneiro came free, but Amauri Loureiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arnaldo das Neves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Natingui FC's Romário Trigo got a free kick in the 97th minute. The 1º DE MAIO F.C fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Natingui FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
