The referee ignored Marionopolis's protests and gave Dionísio Netto a yellow card for diving instead. Marionopolis's Falcão Alagoano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by André de Souza in the 57th minute of play.
