Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Sebastião Zonta took the kick off in the first half of the match. Falcão Toscano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abel Vargas having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Falcão Toscano in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Abel Vargas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 18th minute, Ruy Leão hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dionísio Netto was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 18th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Marionopolis's Sebastião Corrêa got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 23rd minute, Falcão Toscano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Abel Vargas was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After 26 played minutes, Marionopolis's Alfredo Viana shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Abel Vargas came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Marionopolis reached it. In the 28th minute Falcão Toscano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abel Vargas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abel Vargas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Falcão Toscano in the 29th minute of the match. In the 31st minute, Sebastião Zonta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sebastião Zonta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Falcão Alagoano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ruy Leão sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 48th minute, Falcão Toscano made a precise shot to the right of Abel Vargas. Trocary's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. The Trocary players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Marionopolis were winning 0-2.
The wind increased when Falcão Toscano made the kick off in the second half. 56 minutes into the match, Sebastião Corrêa notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Trocary's Abel Vargas. Abel Vargas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 60th minute, Marionopolis's Falcão Toscano ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Abel Vargas. Abel Vargas yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. Sebastião Corrêa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abel Vargas having to interfere. In the 74th minute, Sebastião Corrêa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sebastião Zonta hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Falcão Toscano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Marionopolis's supporters rose to their feet, but Falcão Toscano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Abel Vargas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sebastião Corrêa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Abel Vargas made a huge save. Abel Vargas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Falcão Toscano, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. Falcão Toscano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 99th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marionopolis played a much better game than Trocary and deserved their victory. The Trocary players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
