Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Adriano de Sena kicked off to start the match. Kléberson Guerra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jaime Tande, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Narciso Pernambucano's late challenge caught a Amigos do Rodiney's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Narciso Pernambucano helped the player get up and apologised. Narciso Pernambucano kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. In the 10th minute, Dinei Machado made a precise shot to the right of Carlinhos Pinho. Liberdade's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Carlinhos Pinho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adriano de Sena in the 13th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Amigos do Rodiney's zone, Narciso Pernambucano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kléberson Guerra came out of the goal and Narciso Pernambucano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Amigos do Rodiney's Adriano de Sena got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adriano de Sena in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carlinhos Pinho prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Dinei Machado managed to get in a good position for a shot. Amigos do Rodiney's supporters rose to their feet, but Dinei Machado was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carlinhos Pinho breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Carlinhos Pinho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dinei Machado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dinei Machado in the 34th minute of play forced Liberdade's goalkeeper Carlinhos Pinho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Liberdade's Carlinhos Pinho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adriano de Sena in the 35th minute of play. Carlinhos Pinho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adriano de Sena in the 41st minute of play. 43 minutes into the match, Liberdade's goal looked a bit too open when Dinei Machado came free, but Carlinhos Pinho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half Amigos do Rodiney were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Narciso Pernambucano made a kick off. Carlinhos Pinho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adriano de Sena in the 52nd minute of play. Dinei Machado's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Carlinhos Pinho read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. Adriano de Sena blasted a shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Carlinhos Pinho having to make a save. Carlinhos Pinho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adriano de Sena, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. If Jaime Tande had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carlinhos Pinho was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Adriano de Sena showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 74 minute of play. After 83 minutes of play, Amigos do Rodiney's Dinei Machado made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Carlinhos Pinho was left in no man's land by his defense there! Dorian da Mata struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Carlinhos Pinho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Amigos do Rodiney. Carlinhos Pinho stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adriano de Sena's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. Carlinhos Pinho made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Dinei Machado sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dinei Machado got free with Carlinhos Pinho in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the final whistle sounded Amigos do Rodiney left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Liberdade.
