Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Henrique Guerra made the kick off which started today's match. Yan Catarinense took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Henrique Guerra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Yan Catarinense made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Vicente Simão sent off a good shot on target. Vicente Simão could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Yan Catarinense made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Pobre's Válbson Urbano got a free kick in the 13th minute. When Thomás Mota came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Arcoverde SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Thomás Mota couldn't finish the play. Vicente Simão who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 16thth minute tested the skills of Yan Catarinense when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When Ramiro Ribeiro came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Arcoverde SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ramiro Ribeiro couldn't finish the play. 25 minutes into the match, Arcoverde SC's goalkeeper Yan Catarinense had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vicente Simão. 29 minutes into the game, Orlando Luz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Arcoverde SC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pobre the free kick. After 30 played minutes Arcoverde SC got a freekick which was hit by Orlando Luz. Vicente Simão recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vicente Simão struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Yan Catarinense didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pobre. Henrique Guerra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vicente Simão in the 42ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Yan Catarinense, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Yan Catarinense showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henrique Guerra, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ademir Pereira was the one to do the kick off. Pobre's Vicente Simão got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Henrique Guerra fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pobre's protests and gave Henrique Guerra a yellow card for diving instead. Henrique Guerra kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Raimundo Amaral kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Reinaldo de Sena kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Yan Catarinense made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vicente Simão in the 67th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ademir Pereira in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alan Lucas saved Pobre from getting behind. The supporters of Pobre booed when Arcoverde SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Orlando Luz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Yan Catarinense made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vicente Simão in the 75th minute of play. If Henrique Guerra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience was convinced that Vicente Simão's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Yan Catarinense was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. Henrique Guerra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Renatinho Passos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pobre's supporters rose to their feet, but Renatinho Passos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Yan Catarinense breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vicente Simão received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Yan Catarinense tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 90 minutes, Thomás Mota managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Arcoverde SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Thomás Mota was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 92 minutes into the match, Pobre's Vicente Simão sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Yan Catarinense narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henrique Guerra in the 93rd minute of play forced Arcoverde SC's goalkeeper Yan Catarinense to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ramiro Ribeiro might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alan Lucas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ramiro Ribeiro ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 95 minutes, Ademir Pereira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Arcoverde SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ademir Pereira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
