Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dalmo Alagoano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Régis Sampaio in the 3rd minute of play. In the 7th minute of the match Hermínio Moura sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dalmo Alagoano skillfully saved the ball. Luisinho Barros charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luisinho Barros the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Luisinho Barros hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. An unexpected shot in the 15th minute by Zézinho Jacinto got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Douglas Valadares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edvaldo Queiroz having to interfere. When Jefferson Koehler came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Patolino Futebol Clube fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jefferson Koehler couldn't finish the play. If Douglas Valadares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Douglas Valadaress short, quick shot in the 38thth minute got Edvaldo Queiroz to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zézinho Jacinto to make the kick off. If Zézinho Jacinto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Douglas Valadares recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dalmo Alagoano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Régis Sampaio in the 58th minute of play. Olavo Donatello kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Jefferson Koehler received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Dalmo Alagoano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edvaldo Queiroz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Douglas Valadares, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Douglas Valadares struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Edvaldo Queiroz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Emborai FC. Ulysses Campidelis charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ulysses Campidelis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Emborai FC getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Ulysses Campidelis hit a great ball. Jefferson Koehler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Régis Sampaio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dalmo Alagoano having to interfere. Emborai FC's Dalmo Alagoano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Régis Sampaio in the 88th minute of play. After having played for 89 minutes, Zézinho Jacinto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Emborai FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zézinho Jacinto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Douglas Valadares blasted a shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Edvaldo Queiroz having to make a save. 94 minutes into the match, Patolino Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Zézinho Jacinto came free, but Edvaldo Queiroz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emborai FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
