Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Arnaldo Matorin started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, Belmiro Meirelles hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Girau were awarded a corner in the 6th minute after Trancoso's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Kauã da Silveira took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Artur Bezerra got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Vito Prado quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Vito Prado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnaldo Matorin in the 8th minute of play. Arnaldo Matorin kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. If Róbson Figueiredo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to Girau getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Kauã da Silveira hit a great ball. Cleiton Massa didn't quite understand what happened when in the 20 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. The supporters of Girau booed when Trancoso was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wilton Simão didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 24th minute, Arnaldo Matorin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gugu Cabral received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Nico Paraíba tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 31st minute, Arnaldo Matorin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. Giuseppe Vergílio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nico Paraíba having to interfere. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Amadeu Galvão was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Giuseppe Vergílio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Nico Paraíba was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 55 minutes into the match, Arnaldo Matorin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vito Prado. Trancoso's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Arnaldo Matorin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Vito Prado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arnaldo Matorin, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Elói Aparecido hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. If Giuseppe Vergílio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 66 played minutes Girau got a freekick which was hit by Afonsinho Neto. Trancoso's Amadeu Galvão got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 71 minutes of play, Trancoso's Amadeu Galvão made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nico Paraíba was left in no man's land by his defense there! Giuseppe Vergílio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nico Paraíba having to interfere. In the 75th match minute, Girau was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Afonsinho Neto to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Trancoso booed when Girau was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gilmar Maciel didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 79th minute of the match Cleiton Massa sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nico Paraíba skillfully saved the ball. Girau's Gilmar Maciel got his second yellow card of the match in the 81st minute. The referee ordered Gilmar Maciel off the ground. Gilmar Maciel kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Giuseppe Vergílio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 86 minutes, Amadeu Galvão took a quick shot and it went in 2-3 without a chance for Nico Paraíba to make any attempt to save it. Nico Paraíba stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Amadeu Galvão's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. Nico Paraíba came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Trancoso's Giuseppe Vergílio. But to his dismay, Giuseppe Vergílio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-4. Trancoso's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
