Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Agostinho Garcia started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. When João Albuquerque fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Marapoama SC's protests and gave João Albuquerque a yellow card for diving instead. In the 3rd minute, João Albuquerque hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cléberson Severo's late challenge caught a Freguezia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cléberson Severo helped the player get up and apologised. After 6 played minutes Marapoama SC got a freekick which was hit by Cléberson Severo. Leopoldo Martins received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Zé Queiroz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tostão Perez didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Agostinho Garcia went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Donato Cosme might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zé Queiroz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Donato Cosme ran back to his position shaking his head. Rômulo Cerezo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Tostão Perez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 29th match minute, Freguezia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Geovanni Montenegro to maneuver through the defense. In the 36th minute Leopoldo Martins shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zé Queiroz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 37th match minute, Marapoama SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by João Albuquerque to maneuver through the defense. In the 39th match minute, Marapoama SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by João Albuquerque to maneuver through the defense. In the 44th minute Rômulo Cerezo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tostão Perez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Geovanni Montenegro hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Tostão Perez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agostinho Garcia in the 47th minute of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Donato Cosme to strike the kick off in the second half. If Agostinho Garcia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rômulo Cerezo succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-3 in the 53rd playminute. Nicolas Araújo's late challenge caught a Marapoama SC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nicolas Araújo helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Freguezia's Nicolas Araújo got a free kick in the 57th minute. After 61 played minutes, Marapoama SC's Dida Lucas shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Tostão Perez came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Marapoama SC reached it. Tostão Perez didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 62nd minute, which inside left pole to 0-4. Donato Cosme's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zé Queiroz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. If Rômulo Cerezo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rômulo Cerezo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Rômulo Cerezo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Agostinho Garcia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rômulo Cerezo got free with Tostão Perez in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Marapoama SC booed when Freguezia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. André Luís Mendes didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Freguezia's zone, Rômulo Cerezo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tostão Perez came out of the goal and Rômulo Cerezo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marapoama SC played a much better game than Freguezia and deserved their victory. The Freguezia players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
