Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Geovanni Zanette started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 5th minute, Deivid Falcão hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Geovanni Zanette managed to get in a good position for a shot. Espalhado's supporters rose to their feet, but Geovanni Zanette was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dedé Cabral breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 11thth minute of the game Geovanni Zanette who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Monjolada's Dedé Cabral was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A nice corner shot did that Eliseu Leme got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Dedé Cabral quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After a defensive mix-up in Monjolada's zone, Geovanni Zanette stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dedé Cabral came out of the goal and Geovanni Zanette tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Geovanni Zanette sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dedé Cabral took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Geovanni Zanette, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Jorginho Lago had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Jorginho Lago came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Espalhado fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jorginho Lago couldn't finish the play. After 29 minutes, Jorginho Lago made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Monjolada's Dedé Cabral tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Monjolada booed when Espalhado was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jorginho Lago didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Monjolada defense, Geovanni Zanette kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dedé Cabral. The Monjolada fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dedé Cabral should have stopped the shot. Geovanni Zanette received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Dedé Cabral tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dedé Cabral didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Espalhado's Geovanni Zanette shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-3 in the ordered_time% minute. Espalhado's Geovanni Zanette got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.
The wind increased when Cristiano Moreira made the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Monjolada's goal looked a bit too open when Geovanni Zanette came free, but Dedé Cabral reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dedé Cabral didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 55th minute, which inside left pole to 0-4. Geovanni Zanette fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dedé Cabral having to interfere. Armandinho Pena kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. 61 minutes into the game Franklin Favoretto kicked a great long shot which passed Dedé Cabral straight ahead into the goal, Result 0-5. One couldn't see Franklin Favoretto behind all of his teammates who surrounded to congratulate him. When Geovanni Zanette fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Espalhado's protests and gave Geovanni Zanette a yellow card for diving instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cristiano Moreira during the 66th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Cristiano Moreira hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Jorginho Lago received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Dedé Cabral tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Geovanni Zanette in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dedé Cabral saved Monjolada from getting behind. 74 minutes into the match, Espalhado's Jorginho Lago sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dedé Cabral narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 76 played minutes Monjolada got a freekick which was hit by Armandinho Pena. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Eliseu Leme managed to get in a good position for a shot. Geovanni Zanette who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 93rdth minute tested the skills of Dedé Cabral when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 97 minutes of play, Espalhado's Luís Fábio Abraão made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dedé Cabral was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the final whistle sounded Espalhado left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Monjolada.
