Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Renan de Queirós took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 7th minute Renan de Queirós shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Afonsinho das Neves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Víktor Veiga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Afonsinho das Neves having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Renan de Queirós managed to get in a good position for a shot. Crato SS's supporters rose to their feet, but Renan de Queirós was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Afonsinho das Neves breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Víktor Veiga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Afonsinho das Neves having to interfere. Alberto Abreu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Afonsinho das Neves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rodrigo Gerber charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rodrigo Gerber the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Beverni AD's Rodrigo Gerber got a free kick in the 19th minute. Samuca Cerezo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Beverni AD's Percy Cosme got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 29 minutes, Alberto Abreu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Crato SS and the Beverni AD players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 30th minute, Paulo José Cosme sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Crato SS's Juvenal Soeiro didn't even have to move. After a rather tough play, Crato SS's Víktor Veiga got a free kick in the 31st minute. Romeu do Vale sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Renan de Queirós had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 38th minute Renan de Queirós shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Afonsinho das Neves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Waldir Rossi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Afonsinho das Neves read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. Waldir Rossis short, quick shot in the 45thth minute got Afonsinho das Neves to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in.

After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Waldir Rossi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Crato SS's supporters rose to their feet, but Waldir Rossi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Afonsinho das Neves breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Amauri Penha during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Crato SS fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 58th minute. Penalty! After some careless play in the Beverni AD defense, Renan de Queirós kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Afonsinho das Neves. The Beverni AD fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Afonsinho das Neves should have stopped the shot. Afonsinho das Neves didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Renan de Queirós went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. 77 minutes into the match, Beverni AD's goal looked a bit too open when Renan de Queirós came free, but Afonsinho das Neves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Renan de Queirós recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alberto Abreu got his second yellow card in the match during the 84th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 85th match minute, Crato SS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alberto Abreu to maneuver through the defense. Juvenal Soeiro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Samuca Cerezo in the 87th minute. Renan de Queirós fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Afonsinho das Neves having to interfere. In the 96th minute, Paulo José Cosme hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Waldir Rossi came up free with the goalie in the 98th minute, the Crato SS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Waldir Rossi couldn't finish the play. Crato SS walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
