Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Abel Gaspar kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Tiririca's goalkeeper Fiori Duarte, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Renato Penha kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Yan Fonseca. That made the score 1-0 in the 10 minute of play. Fiori Duarte showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafael Valle in the 13th minute of the match. If Abel Gaspar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafael Valle in the 18th minute of play forced Tiririca's goalkeeper Fiori Duarte to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rafael Valle blasted a shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fiori Duarte having to make a save. Tiririca's Fiori Duarte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abel Gaspar in the 25th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Verde Vale's Erivaldo Tepedino got a free kick in the 26th minute. Rafael Valle struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Fiori Duarte didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Verde Vale. In the 29thth minute of the game Abel Gaspar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tiririca's Fiori Duarte was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 31st minute, Abel Gaspar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Abel Gaspar scored 1-1 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fiori Duarte, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafael Valle in the 37th minute of play forced Tiririca's goalkeeper Fiori Duarte to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Abel Gaspar blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fiori Duarte having to make a save. Verde Vale's Ciro Duarte got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 42nd match minute, Verde Vale was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by José Teixeira to maneuver through the defense. Abel Gaspar might have been able to make a better finish in the 47th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fiori Duarte. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Abel Gaspar ran back to his position shaking his head. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Renato Penha to strike the kick off in the second half. If Abel Gaspar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abel Gaspar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Fiori Duarte tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 61st minute Abel Gaspar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fiori Duarte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Ciro Duarte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Tiririca's Jânio Catarinense got a free kick in the 65th minute. Abel Gaspars short, quick shot in the 67thth minute got Fiori Duarte to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Fiori Duarte made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Abel Gaspar sent off a good shot on target. In the 69th match minute, Tiririca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jânio Catarinense to maneuver through the defense. José Teixeira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Tiririca's Umberto Meirelles got a free kick in the 76th minute. When Jânio Catarinense fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tiririca's protests and gave Jânio Catarinense a yellow card for diving instead. Jânio Catarinense kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. In the 78th minute, Rafinha Pena hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 80 minutes into the game, Abel Gaspar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Verde Vale's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tiririca the free kick. A collision led to Verde Vale getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Abel Gaspar hit a great ball. Abel Gaspar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Fiori Duarte tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Abel Gaspar got free with Fiori Duarte in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Vicente Dionísio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Fiori Duarte tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 88th minute, Rafael Valle fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Fiori Duarte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abel Gaspar in the 92nd minute of play. Abel Gaspar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Fiori Duarte tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Renato Penha hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. Verde Vale were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
