Dalmo Garcia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmundo Faustino in the 3rd minute of the match. When Hélder de Senna fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Caduco FC's protests and gave Hélder de Senna a yellow card for diving instead. In the 8th minute, Hélder de Senna hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luiz Guilherme Fontes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Dalmo Garcia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Caduco FC's Dalmo Garcia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Faustino in the 15th minute of play. In the 16th minute Imbirucu EC were awarded a corner. Narciso de Barros went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Imbirucu EC's corner Narciso de Barros fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Dalmo Garcia quite easily take care of the ball. 18 minutes into the match, Luiz Guilherme Fontes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dalmo Garcia. Caduco FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luiz Guilherme Fontes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Edmundo Faustino struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Dalmo Garcia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Imbirucu EC. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind Caduco FC's goalkeeper Dalmo Garcia, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luiz Guilherme Fontes in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dalmo Garcia saved Caduco FC from getting behind. Dalmo Garcia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luiz Guilherme Fontes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Luiz Guilherme Fontes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 39 minutes of play, Imbirucu EC's Luiz Guilherme Fontes made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dalmo Garcia was left in no man's land by his defense there! Dalmo Garcia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmundo Faustino in the 45th minute of play. Caduco FC's Dalmo Garcia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Faustino in the 46th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

After a rather tough play, Imbirucu EC's Natã Brasil got a free kick in the 51st minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edmundo Faustino got free with Dalmo Garcia in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A hard shot by José Pedro Severo from long distance, 56 minutes into the match, got Dalmo Garcia's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Edmundo Faustino's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 57thth minute, Dalmo Garcia skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 59 minutes into the match, Caduco FC's goalkeeper Dalmo Garcia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edmundo Faustino. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Silvinho Recife during the 63rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Edmundo Faustino's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Dalmo Garcia firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 71st minute Luiz Guilherme Fontes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dalmo Garcia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dalmo Garcia didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 73rd minute, which inside left pole to 0-3. Dalmo Garcia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edmundo Faustino in the 77th minute. With a little luck, Caduco FC's Dalmo Garcia got control of the ball when Edmundo Faustino tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 81st minute Luiz Guilherme Fontes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dalmo Garcia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Imbirucu EC booed when Caduco FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miguel Paraibano didn't get a good kick on the ball. The goalkeeper, Dalmo Garcia, was totally fooled by Imbirucu EC's Narciso de Barros, who 91 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Dalmo Garcia made a fantastic save in the 97th minute, when Edmundo Faustino sent off a good shot on target.
