Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Claudinei Correia took the kick off in the first half of the match. 2 minutes into the game, José Vítor Neves was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kong Blue FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Flamengoooo the free kick. After a rather tough play, Kong Blue FC's José Vítor Neves got a free kick in the 2nd minute. When Bogdan Chiru came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Flamengoooo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bogdan Chiru couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Kong Blue FC's zone, Gilmar Silva stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ian Gomes came out of the goal and Gilmar Silva tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Flamengoooo's Amadeu Favoretto was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ian Gomes in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Luizinho Veloso's late challenge caught a Kong Blue FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Luizinho Veloso helped the player get up and apologised. Jerônimo Jacinto made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Claudinei Correia sent off a good shot on target. Jerônimo Jacinto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudinei Correia in the 14th minute of play. After 15 played minutes Flamengoooo got a freekick which was hit by Cafu Quaresma. After having played for 16 minutes, Claudinei Correia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kong Blue FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Claudinei Correia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 18 minutes into the match, Flamengoooo's goalkeeper Jerônimo Jacinto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Oséias Dracena. Nelson Brodel hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. A collision led to Kong Blue FC getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Doriva Paraíba hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Flamengoooo's Sabino Carneiro got a free kick in the 25th minute. After 28 played minutes Flamengoooo got a freekick which was hit by Aluísio Leão. Sidney Viana hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. After having played for 34 minutes, Nelson Brodel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Flamengoooo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nelson Brodel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 39 minutes of play Flamengoooo's Sabino Carneiro was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 39th minute, Sabino Carneiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Oséias Dracena's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Jerônimo Jacinto firmly grabbed it by the left post. After 45 played minutes, Kong Blue FC's Romário Prestes shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jerônimo Jacinto came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Kong Blue FC reached it. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bogdan Chiru stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Bogdan Chiru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aluísio Leão kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. In the 64th minute Claudinei Correia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jerônimo Jacinto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oséias Dracena in the 66th minute of play forced Flamengoooo's goalkeeper Jerônimo Jacinto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 76 minutes into the match, Flamengoooo's goal looked a bit too open when Claudinei Correia came free, but Jerônimo Jacinto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 77 minutes of play Flamengoooo's Cafu Quaresma was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 79thth minute of the game Claudinei Correia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Flamengoooo's Jerônimo Jacinto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Flamengoooo's Jerônimo Jacinto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oséias Dracena in the 81st minute of play. Jerônimo Jacinto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oséias Dracena, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. 84 minutes into the match, Oséias Dracena had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jerônimo Jacinto. Flamengoooo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Oséias Dracena was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. After 88 minutes of play, Kong Blue FC's Claudinei Correia made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jerônimo Jacinto was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 94 played minutes Flamengoooo got a freekick which was hit by Amadeu Favoretto. 96 minutes into the match, Kong Blue FC's Romário Prestes broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Kong Blue FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
