The Iraty AD fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. In the 23rd match minute, Ramona was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jano Guerra to maneuver through the defense. Cristiano da Rocha stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lucas Fontes's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. Lucas Fontes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristiano da Rocha having to interfere. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 27th minute of the game. One of Ramona:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Iraty AD:s goal. In the 30th minute there was a penalty for Iraty AD. Eliseu Valladares stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Cristiano da Rocha. 1-2. Arnaldo Bezerra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristiano da Rocha having to interfere. Lucas Fontes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristiano da Rocha having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arnaldo Bezerra to make the kick off. The supporters of Iraty AD booed when Ramona was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alessandro Schmidt didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vitório Fernandes during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 74 played minutes Iraty AD got a freekick which was hit by Lucas Fontes. After having played for 77 minutes, Agostinho Barral managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ramona's supporters crossed their fingers, but Agostinho Barral was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 79thth minute of the game Agostinho Barral who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Iraty AD's Zé Pedro Tasso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jano Guerra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 85 minutes into the game, Ramona's Agostinho Barral nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zé Pedro Tasso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Ramona's Cristiano da Rocha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnaldo Bezerra in the 90th minute of play. A hard shot 97 in the game by Augusto Félix from a close distance when the talented Cristiano da Rocha managed to make a qualified save. Ramona's players were relieved. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
