Pedrinho Meirelles hit a great ball. Benê Ceresso kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Pedro Paulo Meira was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Pedrinho Meirelles. Claraval's Júlio Catarinense got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Claraval booed when Profut United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Inocencio Semeno didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot 16 in the game by Sílvio Luiz Macedo from a close distance when the talented Pedro Paulo Meira managed to make a qualified save. Claraval's players were relieved. Eliseu Moraes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Jarbas Breckenfeld tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Júlio Catarinense in the 20th minute of play forced Profut United's goalkeeper Jarbas Breckenfeld to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pedrinho Meirelles kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. If Sílvio Luiz Macedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sílvio Luiz Macedo in the 32ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Pedro Paulo Meira, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 34th minute, Sílvio Luiz Macedo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 35 played minutes Claraval got a freekick which was hit by Richard de Azevedo. Profut United's Pedrinho Meirelles shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 36th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Pedro Paulo Meira but with some difficulty. If Inocencio Semeno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Profut United players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Claraval were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Júlio Catarinense stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Profut United's Uriel Weather sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pedro Paulo Meira narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Uriel Weather received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Pedro Paulo Meira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 63rd minute, Bernardo Quadros hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Edmundo Zonta came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Claraval fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edmundo Zonta couldn't finish the play. 80 minutes into the game, Benjamin Loyola was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Profut United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Claraval the free kick. The audience was convinced that Uriel Weather's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pedro Paulo Meira was relentless in the 86th minute of the game.
