Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Jonas Varela made the kick off which started today's match. Narciso Prestes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Laerte Fernandez went, in the 5th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Antônio Veloso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 12th minute, Antônio Veloso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 14th minute of the match, Rômulo Furtado got a very nice opportunity to score, but Ulysses Souto was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Jonas Varela in the 19thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ulysses Souto, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Jonas Varela received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Ulysses Souto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rômulo Furtado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pedrinho Leal blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ulysses Souto having to make a save. Jonas Varela was extremely unlucky when he, in the 30th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 42nd match minute, Consuelo AD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by João Carlos Massa to maneuver through the defense. After the first half Consuelo AD were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

If Rômulo Furtado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to Melos getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Antônio Veloso hit a great ball. After 63 minutes of play, Melos's Jonas Varela made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ulysses Souto was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 68th minute Laerte Fernandez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Narciso Prestes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Walmir Maia kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Edu da Silva, 76 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Ulysses Souto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonas Varela in the 80th minute of play. If Rui da Silveira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Laerte Fernandez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Rômulo Furtado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Walmir Maia during the 90th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After having played for 93 minutes, Rômulo Furtado managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Melos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rômulo Furtado was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rômulo Furtado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Melos's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
