Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Kléber Messias got the match started through his kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kléber Messias in the 4th minute of play forced Karkará Caucaiense City's goalkeeper Ricardinho Saldanha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wit Wincek's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nando de Senna read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. 13 minutes into the game, Chuvarada's Inácio Zonta nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ricardinho Saldanha made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After some careless play in the Karkará Caucaiense City defense, Kléber Messias kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ricardinho Saldanha. The Karkará Caucaiense City fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ricardinho Saldanha should have stopped the shot. Ricardinho Saldanha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ricardinho Massa in the 24th minute of the match. A sloppy throw-in by Jean Severo in the 26th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Karkará Caucaiense City's Przemyslaw Dziuma. 27 minutes into the match, Chuvarada's goalkeeper Nando de Senna had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Washington Penha. 29 minutes into the match, Karkará Caucaiense City's goal looked a bit too open when Kléber Messias came free, but Ricardinho Saldanha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 30th minute Perivaldo Arósio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardinho Saldanha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Chuvarada's Nando de Senna got control of the ball when Ronaldão Meira tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ronaldão Meira kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. In the 34th minute, Karkará Caucaiense City's Washington Penha seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Washington Penha the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Karkará Caucaiense City protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Washington Penha had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 33 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Karkará Caucaiense City! If Germano Lara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wit Wincek recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 42 minutes into the match, Ronaldão Meira had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nando de Senna. Chuvarada's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ronaldão Meira was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. The supporters of Karkará Caucaiense City booed when Chuvarada was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aníbal da Fonseca didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half Chuvarada were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ronaldão Meira made a kick off. Inácio Zonta could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Ricardinho Saldanha made a huge save. Nando de Senna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wit Wincek in the 56th minute of the match. Giuseppe Abraão scored 2-2 in the 57th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nando de Senna, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Nando de Senna took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ronaldão Meira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Przemyslaw Dziuma in the 66th minute of play forced Chuvarada's goalkeeper Nando de Senna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ronaldão Meira in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nando de Senna prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Perivaldo Arósio who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 69thth minute tested the skills of Ricardinho Saldanha when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 70 minutes into the match, Chuvarada's goal looked a bit too open when Wit Wincek came free, but Nando de Senna reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 71st minute Wit Wincek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nando de Senna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ronaldão Meira in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nando de Senna saved Chuvarada from getting behind. In the 76th minute Sílvio Luiz Queirós shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nando de Senna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 79th minute, Przemyslaw Dziuma ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nando de Senna was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. 83 minutes into the match, Ronaldão Meira notched a goal, 4-2, to the right of Chuvarada's Nando de Senna. Nando de Senna was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Wit Wincek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nando de Senna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wit Wincek in the 89th minute of play. Chuvarada's Inácio Zonta suffered a concussion after 94 minutes and had to leave the field. Przemyslaw Dziuma kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Karkará Caucaiense City's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
