Diamantino Sanches received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Dalmo de Senna tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 17 minutes into the match, Carapotos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Diamantino Sanches came free, but Dalmo de Senna reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 19thth minute of the game Diamantino Sanches who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Carapotos FC's Dalmo de Senna was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Flexz booed when Carapotos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Conrado de Senna didn't get a good kick on the ball. Diamantino Sanches received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Dalmo de Senna tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind Carapotos FC's goalkeeper Dalmo de Senna, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpected shot in the 28th minute by Joélson Faria got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In a very dangerous position, a player in Carapotos FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 29th minute. Penalty! Joélson Faria struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Dalmo de Senna didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Flexz. In the 38th match minute, Flexz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Giuseppe Figueiredo to maneuver through the defense. Diamantino Sanches fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dalmo de Senna having to interfere. If Joélson Faria had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Diamantino Sanches stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Diamantino Sanches in the 52nd minute of play forced Carapotos FC's goalkeeper Dalmo de Senna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Diamantino Sanches sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 55th minute, Emanuel Pires ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dalmo de Senna was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Dalmo de Senna took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diamantino Sanches, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joélson Faria in the 86th minute of play forced Carapotos FC's goalkeeper Dalmo de Senna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dalmo de Senna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Diamantino Sanches in the 87th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Carapotos FC's zone, Diamantino Sanches stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dalmo de Senna came out of the goal and Diamantino Sanches tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dalmo de Senna took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joélson Faria, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Flexz had played much better football throughout.
