Gilberto Garcia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Paredes FC. 10 minutes into the match, Paredes FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jorginho de Queirós came free, but Kléber de Castro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jorginho de Queirós scored 0-1 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kléber de Castro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Paredes FC booed when Pageu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Diogo Vinhas didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 26th minute Paredes FC were awarded a corner. Digo Gomes went to the cornerflag to take it. Digo Gomes made a great header on Paredes FC's corner, it was just that Pageu's Gilberto Garcia managed to reach the ball for a save. Kléber de Castro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elias Paraense, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. When Jairo Coutinho came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Pageu fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jairo Coutinho couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jairo Coutinho in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kléber de Castro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 42 minutes into the match, Paredes FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jorginho de Queirós came free, but Kléber de Castro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pageu's Jairo Coutinho got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

A hard shot 51 in the game by Jairo Coutinho from a close distance when the talented Kléber de Castro managed to make a qualified save. Paredes FC's players were relieved. Diogo Vinhas's late challenge caught a Paredes FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Diogo Vinhas helped the player get up and apologised. After 52 played minutes Pageu got a freekick which was hit by Diogo Vinhas. After 56 played minutes Pageu got a freekick which was hit by Bebeto de Azevedo. Gilberto Garcia didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Paredes FC's Rafinha Xavier shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-2 in the ordered_time% minute. Rafinha Xavier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilberto Garcia having to interfere. Luiz Eduardo Leão might have been able to make a better finish in the 75th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gilberto Garcia. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Luiz Eduardo Leão ran back to his position shaking his head. Jairo Coutinho received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Kléber de Castro came out and tried to block the shot, but Jairo Coutinho slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 77th minute. In the 80th minute, Diogo Vinhas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pageu's Jairo Coutinho got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 87 minutes into the match, Paredes FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jairo Coutinho came free, but Kléber de Castro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jorginho de Queirós sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Jorginho de Queirós managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pageu's supporters rose to their feet, but Jorginho de Queirós was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kléber de Castro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 92 minutes into the match, Jorginho de Queirós notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of Paredes FC's Kléber de Castro. Kléber de Castro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Pageu's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
