Maurinho Bertassi had several of the Marcellino AD's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 3 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Waldemar Couto as he didn't even see the shot coming. The audience thought a goal was coming when Maurinho Bertassi got free with Waldemar Couto in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Mαrαทнãσ Jαмαicα ƒc's Dudu Silveira in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Marcellino AD's goalie prevented a goal. Maurinho Bertassi didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 2-0 via right post in the game's 15th minute. Mαrαทнãσ Jαмαicα ƒc's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! Luís Eduardo Sergipano's late challenge caught a Marcellino AD's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Luís Eduardo Sergipano helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Mαrαทнãσ Jαмαicα ƒc getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Luís Eduardo Sergipano hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Orlando Dias in the 22nd minute of play forced Mαrαทнãσ Jαмαicα ƒc's goalkeeper Durval Meireles to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vítor Guedes hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Claudinho Chaves hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Durval Meireles took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lino Ortiz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 31 minutes into the game, Marcellino AD's Orlando Dias nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Durval Meireles made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dudu Silveira in the 34th minute of play forced Marcellino AD's goalkeeper Waldemar Couto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 35 minutes into the game, Roger Velloso was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Marcellino AD's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mαrαทнãσ Jαмαicα ƒc the free kick. Roger Velloso kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Maurinho Bertassi was extremely unlucky when he, in the 43rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Waldemar Couto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dudu Silveira in the 48th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dudu Silveira was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 53 minutes, Maurinho Bertassi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mαrαทнãσ Jαмαicα ƒc's supporters crossed their fingers, but Maurinho Bertassi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match clock showed 54 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Dudu Silveira sped through Marcellino AD's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Waldemar Couto. In the 64th minute, Maurinho Bertassi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mαrαทнãσ Jαмαicα ƒc fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. 68 minutes into the game, Marcellino AD's Orlando Dias nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Durval Meireles made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-2. When Claudinho Chaves came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Marcellino AD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Claudinho Chaves couldn't finish the play. Maurinho Bertassi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Waldemar Couto having to interfere. Orlando Dias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Durval Meireles having to interfere. Waldemar Couto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Maurinho Bertassi's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. Maurinho Bertassi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Dudu Silveira's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Waldemar Couto was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. In the 90thth minute of the game Dudu Silveira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Marcellino AD's Waldemar Couto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 91 minutes into the match, Marcellino AD's goal looked a bit too open when Maurinho Bertassi came free, but Waldemar Couto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 93 minutes into the match, Dudu Silveira notched a goal, 5-2, to the right of Marcellino AD's Waldemar Couto. Waldemar Couto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 95th minute, Luís Eduardo Sergipano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dino Pontes hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. When the referee ended the match the Mαrαทнãσ Jαмαicα ƒc players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
