Paulinho Marques showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luizinho Vieira in the 19th minute of the match. Kálmán Jónás might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Paulinho Marques. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kálmán Jónás ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to Floquinho FC getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Kálmán Jónás hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Tales Prestes put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of João Vítor Galvão. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dalmo Vaz got free with Paulinho Marques in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
