Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Délio Meira kicked off to start the match. After a rather tough play, Descarreiro FC's Ian Paraense got a free kick in the 3rd minute. If Cristiano Toledo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristiano Toledo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Scorpião Rei's zone, Edmundo Tasso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gil Peixoto came out of the goal and Edmundo Tasso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Descarreiro FC's Tales Prestes in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Scorpião Rei's goalie prevented a goal. Paulinho Marques stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Délio Meira's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. When Pedro Luís Tavares fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Descarreiro FC's protests and gave Pedro Luís Tavares a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Scorpião Rei booed when Descarreiro FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedro Luís Tavares didn't get a good kick on the ball. 37 minutes into the match, Scorpião Rei's goal looked a bit too open when Tales Prestes came free, but Gil Peixoto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tales Prestes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gil Peixoto having to interfere. Scorpião Rei's Jacinto Rosa shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 46th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Paulinho Marques but with some difficulty. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Reginaldo do Vale struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Paulinho Marques didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Scorpião Rei. Tales Prestes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Gil Peixoto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gil Peixoto was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Tales Prestes showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-2 in the 63 minute of play. A collision led to Descarreiro FC getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Pedro Luís Tavares hit a great ball. Tales Prestes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tales Prestes's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 78thth minute, Gil Peixoto skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Thanks to some nice moves Tales Prestes could shoot a difficult shot in the 78th minute, which Gil Peixoto however easily saved by the left post. Scorpião Rei's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Tales Prestes 78 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-3. 82 minutes into the match, Scorpião Rei's goalkeeper Gil Peixoto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tales Prestes. Gil Peixoto made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Tales Prestes sent off a good shot on target. Edmundo Tasso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Edmundo Tasso came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Descarreiro FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edmundo Tasso couldn't finish the play. Ian Paraense hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Gil Peixoto made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Tales Prestes sent off a good shot on target. 98 minutes into the match, Edmundo Tasso dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Gil Peixoto, 0-4. Descarreiro FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
