After 13 played minutes House of Cards got a freekick which was hit by Dráusio França. In the 14th minute, Jeferson Almeida sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and House of Cards's Cássio Ramos didn't even have to move. Simão Freitas kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. With 22 minutes on the clock, Fernando Pontes commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 21st minute of the game. One of Tribiau SS:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of House of Cards:s goal. Paulo José Sena received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Cássio Ramos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Paulo José Sena sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 41 minutes, Simão Freitas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tribiau SS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Simão Freitas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Paulinho Silva fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cássio Ramos having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When Paulinho Silva came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Tribiau SS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paulinho Silva couldn't finish the play. Tião da Fonseca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugênio Leão having to interfere. Yuri Motta hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. With a little luck, House of Cards's Cássio Ramos got control of the ball when Paulo José Sena tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 74th minute, Tião da Fonseca made a precise shot to the right of Eugênio Leão. Tribiau SS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. In the 77th minute the ball was on its way in behind House of Cards's goalkeeper Cássio Ramos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Juan de Amorim hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Paulo José Sena could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Cássio Ramos made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Paulo José Sena managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tribiau SS's supporters rose to their feet, but Paulo José Sena was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cássio Ramos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Adriano Negri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Eugênio Leão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, House of Cards's Cássio Ramos got control of the ball when Simão Freitas tried to sneak it across the goal line. Paulo José Sena recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. House of Cards were victorious despite being under pressure from Tribiau SS for much of the match.
